Sup. Rivers... a "tool"

Maybe I'm the only one who realizes that the one who sat and nodded and mocked the 11 year old and the party of 'me' person wasn't the same person. And Bama Man who hadn't posted a dozen times before that, is suddenly posting on here and trying to act like they can't speak.

Anybody else think that someone is just trying to have a wee bit of fun.

He really isn't a "simpleton" as you would call it. He is mostly direct and to the point about stuff. I think that once you have an adult conversation with him, you would probably change you mind about him being a simpleton.

I also think that he is kinda mocking the whole thing with the bickering that all this has caused. Have an actual conversation with him, chances are, you would view him differently.

If he wanted to have an actual adult, cogent conversation on here, I can respect that. I normally do when people want to do that. When people are acting dumb on here, I treat them as such...just like I do in real life. If he acts like an idiot on here, and I don't know him in real life, all I have to go off of is his persona on here.

Maybe instead of dogging me for calling him a simpleton b/c that's exactly what he's acting like on here, maybe you should be telling this fella to post on here in the fashion that you know him in real life...then he won't be treated like he comes across.

You have been out of the net for so long and say nothing about other things on here, but all of a sudden you and rock both get on her and make a comment about something like this. Maybe if you 2 had been on here all along, this board would not have gotten to the shape it is in now. Maybe if HostBoard would get off their butts and debug the moderation tools, things wouldn't be in this type of shape. Given that--we've managed very well, thank you very much. Rock was around, as was the rest of the mods. Now, are they as vocal/aggressive a poster or moderator as I am? No. And that's probably their fault/strength at times. But--they all do the best they can, and I respect them fully for it. It's not us being lazy as you're implying, it's the software that's handcuffed us repeatedly--which was part of my frustration that forced me into a month-long sabbatical...of which, I was still checking the board every day for issues, doing my due dilligence. So...don't sling mud about stuff you have no idea about.

Maybe we have not reason to engage him in conversation via PMs because he acts like an adolescent on here. Whats that old saying about getting into and argument with an idiot...

Appreciate the defense of someone you PM. I don't believe I threw anybody under a bus, just said that the 2 personas that one person seems to be trying to use, are or were, two different folks.

As for not posting much, kind of limited on the time and such I've been on here. I get on and read but not a lot of topics have had me inspired to post. And as was said, we're a bit handcuffed on what we can and cannot do at the moment. Maybe if you knew PMs that were exchanged on the subject, you would view something different as well there CDawg

As fot the entire consolidation, renovation, remodeling, cram plan, tool bool, or whatever else comes out, is rumored, is super secret top double-not agent, covert, classified, political, religious or whatever other excuse comes up on this, I've gotten about tired of the topic. We've discussed it on various inclinations of the board about as long as there has been boards.

Kind of tired of trying to give logical, thoughtout, factually based information when all of that can be ignored or ridiculed by the simplest words of nuh uh or me not think so.

You want a logical discussion.

Ok I can do that, and instead of doing as was done, which was me giving a simple conjecture that the 'committee of me' and the child mocker was not the same person and since it was said earlier that it was Bama Man and then the persona of the 'me not think so' seems to be trying to be the same, I made a point that those 2 personas was not the same. Simple discussion since you keep up with it apparently, was I wrong and those 2 people was the same or not? Simple yes, no or not sure.
